The Inaugural Puck and Balls Hockey Tournament in Support of stopconcussions.com

 

Friday Feb 10 2012, 1-4:30pm Angus Glen Golf Club 10080 Kennedy Road

The Inaugural Puck and Balls Hockey Tournament in Support of stopconcussions.com and their mission to spread awareness on the cause, effects and consequences of concussion awareness. The schedule of the three day pond hockey tournament (*weather permitting) will go as follows:
-Friday, February 10th 1:00PM – 4:30PM
-Saturday February 11th 9:00AM – 4:30PM
4:30PM Celebrity Game (Highest Pledge Team vs. Former Pros)
6:00PM – 7:00PM (Cocktail Hour)
7:00PM – 9:00PM (Dinner)
9:00PM – End (Live Band – EZ Street)
Throughout the night Leaf’s game on the Big Screen, Silent Auction and Raffle Prizes
-Sunday February 12th 9:00AM – 12:00PM (Ceremonies will follow)
Registration Information:
Teams consist of 5 players and are $600.00 and registration includes dinner and drink tickets for Saturday night’s party. Additional dinners can be purchased for other guests at $50.00
